"I tried MOSH Life sometime last month, or..."
I tried MOSH Life sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, and overall it seemed fine. My main issue was the pricing wasn’t super clear before signing up. I had to click around a bit to figure out what I’d actually be paying, which was a little annoying. Not a terrible experience or anything, I just think they could be more upfront about the costs. I’d give it 3 stars...

I never had any weird random charges show up and every bill came out right each time, which was nice because I didn’t have to keep calling or double-checking everything

I started having some side effects and reached out for help, but the responses were slow and not super clear. I’m not totally sure what I expected, but I do know I didn’t feel very supported. I ended up cancelling and just moving on

"Finally, a plan that actually considered me"
I’ve tried so many things before where it felt like I was just being handed the same random advice as everyone else, so I didn’t expect much. But Mosh gave me a treatment plan that actually fit what I needed, which was a nice change. It was easy to follow and felt personal, like I wasn’t just being pushed through some generic process for once

"Canceling took way longer than it should have"
I tried canceling my MOSH Life plan it was frustrating. I couldn’t find a clear cancel button anywhere, and it felt like I had to jump through a bunch of extra steps just to stop the subscription. Support also took longer than I expected to get back to me. Has anyone else had the same issue? It really shouldn’t be this hard to cancel something.

I thought it went really well. The doctor actually listened and, well, what I mean is, they took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed.

I thought this was supposed to arrive later in the week, or maybe I just mixed up the dates, but it showed up way earlier than I had in my head. No problems at all with the delivery, everything went smoothly.

"Super discreet delivery"
I ordered from moshlife.com and, yeah... the package showed up in a totally plain box. No weird labels, no obvious branding, nothing like that. It arrived without any issues nobody would’ve had a clue what was inside. Happy with it, tbh

"Decent overall, but slower than I hoped"
In the end, I’d say 3 stars feels about right. I used MOSH Life for a few months and did end up losing around 5kg, so it definitely wasn’t a waste of time. It just took longer than I expected, and there were some weeks where it felt like nothing was really happening. The advice was easy to follow, which I appreciated, but I thought there would be more check-ins along the way. Overall, not bad, just not amazing either.

"Straightforward online questionnaire"
I used MOSH Life to complete the online questionnaire, it was a straightforward process from start to finish.
The questions were clear, easy to follow, and didn’t take a long time to get through. I appreciated being able to do it at home at my own pace without needing to speak to anyone on the phone.

It also worked perfectly fine on my phone, which made the whole thing even easier. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience, so no complaints from me...

The doctor was really professional, and I felt like they actually listened to what I was saying. They explained things in a way that wasn’t confusing, which I appreciated because medical stuff can get kind of a lot sometimes.

I’ve been using the medication and, no complaints so far. In my head I was kind of like, “Okay, let’s see if this actually works,” and it’s been fine for me. Quality seems good and I haven’t run into any issues...

"Good value, but instructions could be clearer"
Overall, I’m happy with moshlife.com. I was looking for something decent without spending too much, and it felt like a fair deal for the price. What I received matched what I expected, so no complaints there. The only thing I’d say is that I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer, since I had to figure a couple of things out myself. Nothing major, though. It’s not fancy or over the top, just solid value for the money. I’d use them again.

"Honestly, I expected way more"
I signed up thinking this treatment was actually going to make a noticeable difference, but after a few months I was kind of just sitting there like… okay, when is it supposed to work? The process itself was simple enough, and customer support did reply when I reached out, so I’ll give them that. But the results? Underwhelming for me. I’m sure it might work better for some people, but in my case it felt like a lot of money for not much payoff.

"They did follow up, but the wording was misleading"
It took longer than I expected to hear back, which was a bit frustrating. They did eventually reply, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the wording made it sound like the follow-up would be quicker than it actually was.

"Signing up was super easy"
I signed up on MOSH Life it was straightforward. I thought I might have to dig around a bit, but no, actually, it was simple from the start.

The steps were easy to follow and I was done in just a few minutes. It’s nice when a site just lets you get in, get it done, and not make the whole thing more complicated than it needs to be.

Overall, the privacy side seems okay, but some parts are still a bit unclear. I’d really like to see simpler, more direct info about how my personal details are kept confidential. If that doesn’t get clarified, I’d consider switching to something else.
